Tropical Depression Auring formed as a tropical disturbance late on December 30, 2008, to the southeast of Manila in the Philippines. It was an exposed center cyclone because of the strong upper level winds of winter.

Tropical Storm Danny

(part of the 2009 Atlantic hurricane season)
Around the same time the remnants of Hurricane Bill dissipated over the northern Atlantic,, a new tropical storm developed near the Bahamas on August 26. The system, immediately declared Tropical Storm Danny. This system had an exposed center because the system formed near a upper level Strong jet stream.

Tropical Storm Tokage
(Part of the 2011 pacficfic Typhoon season)
This system had a exposed center not because of high wind shears, but because of a Typhoon Nearby(the typhoon is typhoon Ma-On) Absorbing all the clouds on one side. Due to the Fujiwhara effect, Typhoon Ma-on, the powerful storm just northeast of Tokage, later weakened Tokage to a tropical depression and completely absorbed it early on July 16.
